It has a bath with a stackable washer/dryer and a walk in shower. The comfortable living room has a sofa and power recliner from which to enjoy the 85 inch flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher and full size appliances. This Carriage House Apartment is fully renovated and close to Colonial Gables and only three miles from downtown Belfast. Registration is at the Colonial Gables Oceanfront Village located at 7 Eagle Avenue in Belfast, Maine where you will pick up key code and get the short directions to this unit.

It is only three miles from downtown Belfast. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a large living room and fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a stackable washer/dryer unit. This unit is fully renovated and features a nice deck off the bedroom. It has an electric virtual fireplace in the living room with a stone chimney that adds to the ambiance of the space. Registration occurs at the Colonial Gables, 7 Eagle Ave, Belfast, Maine 04915. Office hours are 7am to 10pm. Call if you need to arrive after 10pm. Once you register, you will be given the key code to your unit along with directions.
Minimum age requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older.
