We are “Pet Friendly.” We are happy to accommodate your pet provided you agree to our pet rules.  Below is our pet policy available to you so that you have it prior to your arrival.  There are no additional pet fees of any kind as long as you adhere to these simple policies:

1. Your dog must be on a leash at ALL TIMES when outside, including while on the beach, and NEVER left tied up outside unattended.
2. Guests must pick up after their pet (we can supply bags if needed).
3. Your dog or cat may not be left in the unit unattended at any time unless crated. If you need to leave your pet unattended for a short time, you must let us know and provide us with a cell number in the event we need to reach you due to potentially disturbing sound issues.
4. Other animals, birds, or exotic pets are not allowed.
5. Your pet must be kept off furniture and beds.

A pet fee will be charged for failure to adhere to these simple policies. Any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility and will be automatically charged to the credit card you have on file with us.
